Why does the orange light keep coming on?
The orange light indicates the machine is heating the water, and allowing steam to build up pressure.
How do you know when the water has run dry?
The unit will stop steaming. There is a safety valve fitted in the unit which automatically turns the boiler off when the water runs dry.
Can the product be used for cleaning carpets?
Yes. Spot removal and general carpet-revitalization is excellent.
Can you control the steam output or does it have to be continous steam?
Yes you can determine the steam output, squeeze the trigger for bursts of steam, for constant steam lock the trigger.
Does it work on vinyl, linoleum, hardwood floors?
Yes, but keep the brush moving. Do not leave the brush on the floor with the head pointed downwards, it may damage the flooring if left unattended for long periods of time.
